Fabric Family was developed during the wildly successful Flat Daddies phenomena (visit FlatDaddies.com to learn more). Flat Daddies are full-sized printed posters (waist and up) of parents who are serving overseas in the military. Flat Daddies were created as a way to help younger children and families stay connected to their loved ones serving extended periods of time away from home in Iraq, Afghanistan and other overseas locations.
Fabric Families were created as a way for children and loved ones to give deployed service members a unique, inexpensive, and versatile life-size family photo. A big familiar image, which they can keep with them at all times and hang wherever they are, to make their space feel closer to home.
